Assistant Production Manager(Johor - Pasir Gudang)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the OVERALL synthetic latex production operations including plant safety, product quality, productivity, plant equipment maintenance work activities, operations personnel management, plant housekeeping and environmental performance to meet the company goals and objectives.
Initial duties include the training of Process Technicians, PFDs and P&ID reviews, site acceptance tests, pre-startup audits / assessments and overall plant commissioning activities.
Manage, plan and coordinate production related issues including forecasting, scheduling, manpower & material planning etc.
Ensure all process and product parameter are under controlled for its compliance.
To monitor and improve production processes, identify problem and take appropriate action for correction and prevention

Requirements:
Degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical engineering is preferred.
Those with a Technical or Engineering Diploma from recognized university or Polytechnic and a minimum 10 years related working experience in a Supervisory or Shift Leader role can also be considered.
Working knowledge & experience in Chemical Process industry specifically in Process Safety, Plant Shutdown coordination, implementation & maintenance of ISO-9001, 14001 & 18001 international standards and use of SAP system will be very useful.
Experience in DCS and polymerisation process control in a chemical industry will have an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Principal Manufacturing Scheduler (Johor)

Responsibilities:
Interfaces with Global Demand Manager, manufacturing and other personnel to plan and schedule orders.
